I am honored to extend to you a warm welcome to this website of the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Montgomery.
Modern information and communication technologies have created the possibility for everybody with a computer or mobile device to gain access to virtually limitless volumes of information through the Internet. The Foundation has established this website to take advantage of these capacities and serve as a point of access to information about our Foundation and provide a platform of communication for those who seek to engage the Foundation, its programs and activities. As the work of the Foundation continues to grow, you can anticipate this web site to evolve.
Established in 2003 as a non-profit, tax exempt, publicly supported organization to support the outreach activities of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and friends in their communities, as you will have seen in the information on the website about the Foundation, our central focus is providing academically oriented services, leadership training, career exposure, and financial assistance to youth and young adults. In addition, the Foundation is engaged in finding solutions for society’s problems in all aspects of life through education, community redevelopment, and training.
I sincerely hope you will continuingly access and interact with our website and therefore with all of us, engaged in the transformation of youth, young adults and our communities.
A warm welcome!
Dr. Ted Morgan, Kappa Foundation Chairman, Montgomery Alumni Chapter
